'The Cummins family isn't in the car business, they're in the people business'... find out more about why Dan Cummins Chevrolet was chosen as the 2020 Bourbon and the Bayou honoree. Dan Cummins is proud to support CASA of Lexington in a variety of ways. Dan Cummins is a sponsor of CASA of Lexington events, hosts the annual Bourbon County CASA Angel Tree and holds promotions and provides financial support to further the mission of providing CASA volunteers to abused and neglected children in the family court system.

Every spring, our staff and volunteers work America's Prettiest Half-Marathon, hosted among Lexington's majestic Thoroughbred Farms. In return, RunTheBluegrass annually donates thousands of dollars to our own work for children in Bourbon, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln, Scott and Woodford counties.

As Partners in Giving, buying and selling office products becomes more meaningful than merely restocking the supply cabinet. With the Partners in Giving program, every office supply purchase from Office360º makes a difference in our local communities. Submit your current invoices to Office360º and we will match the prices you are currently paying and we will donate 5% of your purchases to CASA of Lexington. In 1984, the Bluegrass Runners, Kentucky’s first (and therefore oldest!) running club, hosted their first edition of their marquee event, the Thoroughbred Classic. Originally run in September as a 10K, the Club changed the distance to a 5K and moved the race to Thanksgiving. Still organized and presented locally by the Bluegrass Runners, the Thoroughbred Classic is a family-friendly event whose main purpose is to benefit several local charities.
