Anyone wishing to become a CASA volunteer can join our summer online training class that begins June 15.

Classes will be Mondays from 5:30 to 8 PM on Zoom. There will be no class July 6.

Court observation and final interviews will be scheduled independently with the facilitator, Oksana Grishchuck. A swearing in ceremony will be scheduled following the final class on Aug. 3.

In order to participate in this training class, you must submit a volunteer application, submit to background checks, and complete an initial interview.

This in-person training class is for anyone wanting to serve as a CASA volunteer in Lincoln or Garrard counties, or anyone wanting to serve in CASA of Lexington’s service region who is willing to travel to Lincoln County for your training.

Classes will be held June 8 to 16, with classes on June 8, 9, 15 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on June 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All classes will be at the Lincoln County CASA office, 201 E. Main St. in Stanford.

In order to participate in this training class, you must submit a volunteer application, submit to background checks, and complete an initial interview.

This in-person training class is for anyone wanting to serve as a CASA volunteer in Scott County, or anyone wanting to serve in CASA of Lexington’s service region who is willing to travel to Scott County for your training. All classes on this schedule are held on Saturdays.

Classes will be held April 18 to May 23, 2026, at the Scott County Public Library, 104 S. Bradford Lane in Georgetown, KY 40324.

This online training for new CASA volunteers consists of seven virtual training sessions held over Zoom. Participants will also complete guided learning modules on their own time.
