If you know you’d like to leave a bequest in your will, you can consider the following sample language for your will:
“I give the sum of $____ or ____% to CASA of Lexington, Inc, 3245 Loch Ness Drive, Lexington, KY 40517 (Tax ID: 61-1339185) to be used for the furtherance of its charitable purposes in the discretion and at the direction of its board of directors for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
