Thanks to the Agriculture Commissioner’s Farm to Fork Dinner held annually at the Kentucky State Fair, funds are now available to provide your CASA children with CSA-style food shares on three Fridays this October.

The deadline to sign up has now passed.
If you are already signed up, the Farmers Market Fridays are Oct. 2, 16 and 30. When you sign up for a Friday, we will have your shares available for pickup at the CASA of Lexington office, 3245 Loch Ness Dr. in Lexington, between 10 AM and 5 PM. Because of limited space, we are only ordering exactly the shares requested by CASA volunteers. This means you should not sign up unless you are sure you can pick up your share and deliver it to your CASA child.
Each food share may include frozen ground beef, eggs, bread, cinnamon rolls, and/or fresh produce. You cannot select the items in your share(s). If you have multiple CASA children on your case, you will receive additional share(s). If you have multiple CASA cases and want to get shares for each of them, please fill out the form separately for each case.
When you arrive to pick up your food share(s), we recommend you bring a cooler or cooler bag and ice packs to keep the frozen beef cold. We also recommend delivering the food share(s) to your CASA children as quickly as possible, since all of the food is perishable.
