Family court judges from three circuits will participate in a judges panel at the CASA of Lexington office on Nov. 17, 2026.
Judge William Fooks, Judge Libby Messer, and Judge Jeff Moss will speak about their perspectives on family court and the local CASA program during this moderated discussion. The three judges hear cases on the Dependency, Neglect and Abuse (DNA) dockets of six central Kentucky counties: Bourbon, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Scott and Woodford.
This panel discussion is open to CASA volunteers, board members, and staff members. CASA volunteers may log 2 hours of CEU credit for attending. Early registration is encouraged as we expect a full house. RSVP by emailing bwise@casaoflexington.org.
